Played a key role in securing $51.3M in funding for HVAC and Fire Alarm system replacements at the Gignoux Courthouse in Portland, ME, combining $23M in original appropriations with supplemental funding as design uncovered expanded scope.
Served as the Asset Manager for the new Madawaska, ME Land Port of Entry construction project, which had a total project cost of $97.5M. At completion I established the facility’s new rental rate by utilizing ROI-based pricing models to ensure long-term cost recovery.
Developed financial models that led to the decision to dispose of the Montpelier, VT Federal Building following a catastrophic flood in 2023. A Net Present Value analysis was done for several possible scenarios and disposal was the scenario that was most beneficial to the taxpayer.
